Eligibility

  1. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over, except employees of SimTec Therapeutic Pty Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

Entry Requirements

  1. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  2. To enter the competition, participants must complete a competition entry form (either online or physically at a SimTec location), providing all requested information accurately.
  3. Each participant can submit only one (1) entry/entries.

Entry Deadline

  1. All entries must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 30/09/2024 AEST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Winner Selection

  1. The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received, as specified in the competition announcement.

Prize

  1. The prize for the competition is a $2,000 holiday voucher to be used at the Kingfisher Bay Resort on K’Gari (Fraser Island).
  2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  3. The prize must be used within 6 months of the notification date.

Winner Notification

  1. The winner will be notified by both phone and email within 1 day of the closing date.
  2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, SimTec Therapeutic Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Publicity

  1. The winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and entry in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
  2. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Liability

  1. SimTec Therapeutic Pty Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  2. SimTec Therapeutic Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

General

  1. SimTec Therapeutic Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
  2. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by SimTec Therapeutic Pty Ltd.

Marketing Consent

  1. By entering this competition, participants agree to SimTec Therapeutic Pty Ltd using the details provided for marketing purposes. If participants do not wish to receive marketing communications, they will have the opportunity to opt out by following the instructions provided in any marketing communication.

Governing Law

  1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Acceptance of Terms

  1. By participating in this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
